Someday - The Strokes

This whole snapback craze. I haven’t been understanding it for months but more and more frequently do I come across men (and the occassional lesbian) who simply should not be wearing snapbacks.

It’s like watching lumberjacks try on OBEY. It’s like watching strippers try on clothes. It is all things unnatural, this snapback nonsense.

Recent discoveries:

• If you let someone come over and use your shower once, they will more than likely get into the habit of using it in a prodigal manner, thus disrupting your privacy and ability to listen to “Call Me Maybe” in the comfort of your own home without being judged.
• Bahama Bucks can, in fact, put you in an intemperate state.
• Love is a battlefield, but apparently Pat Benetar realized this long before I did.

And at last, summer is upon us. It has arrived like the dreamy UPS guy that I’m seemingly never home for. Now is a suitable time to compose a bucket list and embrace my inner-latina and find my potential-skin cancer. I’ll probably avoid both.
